i bought and studied a good book of Jim Radcliffe, Oregon
i'm a mile-5000m runner and i found a lot of interesting exercises of functional training.
what i did not found is how to relate the funcional training with the 50-60k i make every week.
how many session shouild i do? 3 for the unloaded periods and 2 when i increase the mileage?
another thing i did not found is the rest time between sets and how many exercice i should do in one hour training.
what could you suggest?
