I am running a half marathon in March and decided to use Pzitzinger's 12/47 plan- it starts at 31 MPW and 4 runs per week. I think I have a good base going into this plan doing 25-35 MPW over the past 3 months with a long run of 11, My concern is I have been doing this mileage on 5-6 runs per week. Will
doing the same amount of mileage and adding LT runs in the mix in only 4 days of training be hard to maintain or is my base good enough that I should be able to handle that load. Another note- Im an older runner (50)
Any thoughts are appreciated
