Hello:
I have a half marathon in 2 weeks (Nov. 13). Have been running about 45 mpw for this training cycle. I am hoping to break 1:30, which I realize is slow by many people's standards. :) My longest run has been 14.5m, and I have run 5 other runs in the 13-13.5 range.
My question is what sort of long runs should I do for the 2 weekends before the race?
2 weeks out from race - 13m with say the last 3 miles at race pace?
1 week out - 10m?
Does this make sense? Or is there something else that would be more beneficial?
