I want to know if i am improving how i should so a little info. i started running in the 8th(currently in 9th) my first race was 27:38 then i ran 25:23, then 24:26 for my first year of cross country. Before the beginning of track season(begins in febuary) i had gotten to 21:32. for track my mile is 5:28,800-2:16,3200-11:34. now for the current cross country season my first race was 19:02 and now my Pr is 18:34
