where are the threads from the Centro haters calling out Chelimo for getting dusted in a fast race?

What? First of all he ran 3k today, not 5k. Second, maybe if they raced 5k he would have won this race. Thirdly, so he's better at championship style races than time trials? What's wrong with that? Works for Mo and now Centro too.
Nobody is starting threads about Chelimo asking if he's the greatest 5K runner of all time and all that crap either.
What a hack that Paul Chelimo is. What kind of a loser runs his best race on the day it matters the most?
This post made me happy
The Blojo Shills are out in full force to hype up Ryan Hill so this type of thread is expected. I'm sure in 20 years, Chelimo will look at his Olympic medal in disgust and remember this race.
According to this article it is worth about $325, but he also receives $15k.

Six people ran under the world lead by Mo, a bunch of them went in the Olympics 5k maybe or two that beat him. And how is being the best at a Olympics final a failure?😂

A 7:37 3k is decent speed for a 5k/10k guy like Chelimo, his 1500m is only 3:39 I believe so he's not better at the shorter distances, this was a 3k, not a 5k, he got his Olymlic silver medal in the 5k
Same with Centro, he's a 1500m/3k guy, not a 800m/1500m guy so I'm not sure why he was getting to much heat over getting 6th a couple days back, 2:16 is a PR for him and he contested quite a bit of 1k's
Also back to Chelimo, his race was completely different from Centro's, because Centro's race was tactical with a significantly faster finish
If you go back and look at the 5k they can between 63-65 almost every lap leading up to the last 3k, it was pretty even and provided a lot of the runners a nice opportunity for a fast time w/ a fast close, maybe that's just Chelimo's type of race
PLUS, some of these guys didn't get to run in the Olympics and were much more rested up than he was going into this, they didn't have 2 5k's at the most important meet every 4 years just last week

Meant to say
If you go back and look at the 5k they RAN between 63-65 almost every lap leading up to the last 3 LAPS
Rudisha lost a bunch of races one year. Does that mean his world record and Olympic golds mean jack sh#t?!Bekele wasn't even in the olympics, what does that mean?Basically, I'm saying you're an enormous moron. I'd hold back on sharing your numbskull ideas for a while.

I really want to ignore this stupid thread, but I just need to point out how idiotic your post is! Amazing!
It's not as if 7:37 is really slow. Ritz's pb is 7:39, Mead is 7:46, True 7:36, Galen outdoor is only 7:43.
It's just that Hill had a fantastic race so let's give him credit.
Chelimo ran aggressive today. I liked it. It backfired a bit but he'll learn. He could have played it safer like Hill but didn't. Hill ran a very smart race.
Isn't Hill the reigning world indoor silver medalist (whatever that means). It's not like he's a nobody and would seem to be well versed at 3,000 meters in particular.
