So, what can I do to stay in shape for that amount of time? I know that nothing Just need something to keep my sea legs prepared for land again.
I'm thinking something like this:
-stretching/foam roller
Calistenics
-calf raises
-body weight squats and lunges
-pushups
-pullups
-planks
Drills
-jogging in place
-jumping rope (only no rope)
-high knees
-butt kicks
-skipping in place
Rocky
-punching frozen meat with bare hand
-avenge the death of Apollo Creed
-chase the chicken (only no chicken)
