1-1
Either way. Current owner says one one. Founder back when said only onay onay.
Wondered this when the commentators at the Hoka 1 1 meet called it oh-nay oh-nay. Apparently that was the original Hawaiian pronunciation, but they use one one now.
I just say 1-1 and anyone who disagrees can suck my dck
Hoka eleven, like 7-Eleven.

I believe this is correct.
Hoka is the Maori word for soar and if one one is also a Maori word it would be either said "oh knee" or "own knee" or "on knee." One is the Maori word for beach and unlike western languages Maori hadn't developed a written language when the white guy arrived so they didn't have a concept of plural like "les" in French or the suffix "es" so they just repeated the word like Kaiteriteri. There is a suburb in S.Auckland near where John Walker and Dick Quax are from called Otahuhu. So presumably Hoka One One means to soar over the beaches in English. I tried on a pair of Clinton 2s the other day and they felt good!!

But remember when they dropped the "weck" in the name and people would still call it BW3's? I would ask people why they said "3" and they would be like "Buffalo [confidently counting on their fingers] wild wings ... oh, I dunno"
