My highschool coach hates how I wear nike's to run he says they're shit and I would run better with Asics, so when my pair ran out i bought the 33-dfa 2 and ran 7 miles in them and it felt like absolute hell i mean for something i could keep 7:20 for at a med-hard effort, i ran the workout in avg 8:00. The shoes just felt so damn heavy!!!! How do people run in these? And how can i adapt quickly? im starting phase I of base tomorrow and i cant return them for another 2 weeks. Please tell me how to run well in these. Im used to 5-6.5 ounces and these shoes are 8.5 ounces.
