Hello I am fairly new to running (6-7 months) and I just started a lifting routine to my running. I squatted for the first time the other day (about 300 reps total with just the bar. Want muscular endurance) and my legs are VERY sore today. Just bending over causes big time pain. I don't mind this but I normally run a 21 minute 3 mile and today I ran a 25 minute 3 mile. Would running sore cause this much of a loss?
