How much will your pace change on a 80 to 90 degree day? If I ran say 6:58 pace this morning and it we're 80 degrees what would my pace be on a 40 to 50 degree day?

Depends on if you're acclimatized or not, where you're running (shaded forest vs out in the open), humidity, and time of day (early/late with the sun night quite up vs mid day - radiant heat makes runs a lot harder). But the answer is a lot. Even when I'm acclimatized I notice I'm over 30 secs a mile slow or putting in a much greater effort mid day in the summer.
In general, I'd say once it gets over 80 take your runs easy, go by effort not pace. If its going to be over 80 like every day run early or late.
