My schedule has been like this
Friday: raced the mile and ran 5:04
Saturday: did a workout alone
Sunday: 35 min easy
Monday: ran the mile in 5:10
Tuesday: workout and in the wind alone again
Wednesday: 30 min easy
Thursday: ran 800 in 2:27 and the 2 mile in 11:20 (pr is 11:00 from 1st meet of season)
Is this too much for an 8th grade boy?
