I ran a 10-miler in 54:50 on Saturday. A good hearty 8/10 effort, I can't imagine going more than 20-30 seconds faster on a better day. A good indication of fitness.
I have a marathon in 2 weeks. But! I focused all my training on the 10 miler. Haven't done a long run over 15 miles. What do you think I should aim for? 2:50?
