I was wondering if letsrun would recommend any sprint plans for me to do.
I considered doing these back-to-back for the next year:

My two main questions and concerns are:
Is it okay to do sprint training for a whole year?
I noticed these programs only go through the first 3 phases each, does that mean these are too much base and not enough peak?
My goals with this training is to improve my PURE speed, and eventual endurance of that speed while I'm still relatively young. I feel like I can do a lot to improve upon my mid-distance by focusing on speed now, and endurance when I am older.
Are these the right programs for my goals? If not, are there any recommendations?
