I am a runner from the UK, last year I ran 1:51.2 in the 800m. Since then I got injured and haven't been in good form. I have decided I want to work hard to try and break 1:50 outdoors this season, and also 3:50 in the 1500m.
I thought it may be an idea to document my progress in this thread, and receive feedback and advice from Letsrun posters as I go!
