Oh my, just as I hit post.
Could have been 2-0. Vardy gets in on the goal but is snuffed.
With all the money in the wolrd City can't hire a good grounds keeper? Field looks like shit in front of the goal Leicester scored on.
NBC time shifts the Olympic broadcasts why don't they show this one later? It's 5 am in California.
I brought this up to my buddy the other day: only in soccer can a complete "scrub" like Vardy go from being an afterthought to the most dangerous player in the EPL.
This doesn't happen in the NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL, etc. The only comparison I can think of is a Kenyan/Ethiopian getting to race outside his country and pop a performance at like Dubai.
But for Vardy to go from anonymity to leading the EPL in goals is amazing. The dude is on fire and just nasty lately with his technical skill. Kudos to Leicester for signing him and identifying his talent.

There has been an absolutely humungous amount of rain fallen here in the past few weeks.

It's like the Bible a huge flood and turmoil in the (soccer) world.
2-0.
Do you think that should have been a penalty in the first half?
Leicester is just so direct when they attack.
3-0 amazing, this is seismic, the dream is on

The NBA has had D league players become stars and the NFL has had an arena league QB become an MVP
Which NBA D League player has become a star to the level of Vardy?
I'll give you Kurt Warner.
City too often this year look like they just have to show up - out worked and out desired too often. DeBruyne loss hurts a ton.
To those from England - unless your club has a shot at title, isn't the whole country behind Leicester now?
Matt Barnes, Martin gortat, Jeremy Lin, JJ Barrea are decent nba players. Danny Green set an nba finals record for 3 pointers, hassan Whiteside has impressive stats. Let's see how long Vardy can dominate
Good to hear you were watching. Leicester are flying, this time last season they were last in the Premier league. Today, the Man City line up cost £200 million more than the Leicester team did. Ill be tuning into your xc champs later, the NFL tomorrow and your marathon trials next weekend. Enjoy the rest of our 'soccer' season!
I've been paying attention to Leicester City for a few months now. I hadn't been paying much attention to the Premier League before and then I saw that they were on top of the table. They've made me want to watch the Premier League for the first time in a while.
The most annoying thing is when the European Championships start, you can guarantee our manager (Roy Hodgson) will still start with Rooney and leave out Vardy and/or Harry Kane.
PS - the rugby six nations has just started so if you want to follow. Its a pretty big deal over here and I know the sport is growing in the states. France just beat Italy (Italy seem to be improving every year) and England are about to play Scotland. England to win by 8...

Yep, Rooney doesn't deliver for England on the big stage and is probably past his best, but sadly he will be picked on his goalscoring record - goals largely accrued in games against minnows.
He's a flat track bully. I'm sure I read somewhere that he has scored only one international goal against a Top 10 ranked national side.
Good to see our American cousins getting into the Premier League. You wouldn't see the bottom side in the Spanish League challenging for the title the next season. For some strange reason, money doesn't guarantee success in the BPL. Thank goodness, given the huge inequalities.
David Freese
Buster Posey
Every year there is someone who puts on a fvckin show and we idolize them for 4 months.
There are plenty of us here in the states who love the Premier League. I still can't understand all the transfers, loans, players and coaches constantly switching teams but my boys and I wake up every Saturday and Sunday and watch. Even day my little one asks if LVG is still the coach.

Yes.
Everyone loves Claudio Ranieri. A true gentleman.
Vardy just resigned for $115,000 USD per WEEK with Leicester!!!
Damn.
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
