I am currently training for a half marathon and would like to get some advise on what I should shoot for and how should my training like.
5 weeks ago, I ran a half in 1:25 (off of 5 weeks of training after not running much for 6 month). My PR 4 years ago was 1:18 (and I am 47 now).
With 5 more weeks of dedicated training, what time would be realistic for me (I did 2-3 tempo runs in the first 5 weeks and doing 1 tempo and 1 speed workout each week now - the rest are easy run at about 7'15" pace)
Is my training OK, or anything need to be changed? Thanks
