I'm 54, male
I ran almost everyday in the last 30 years.
I ran under 16 minutes into my early 40's.
Ran under 17 until I was 51.
However, a strained Achilles that I ignored since February indoor track workouts, became so bad, that I eventually had to stop running all together in August. I probably damaged my Achilles pretty good. But, the question is, while getting therapy, I have been told "it can't get any worse"
when I said I was contemplating running a small 5k on Thanksgiving.
What will be my time?
