So I haven't gone all out in a while thought I would this morning. Couldn't sleep it was 3:30am so I said the hell with it lets do this. I normally run a low 18. I was banging out the first half mile in the 5:50 range. All the sudden I was dead decided to jus run the last part for the hell of it.
Did a low 18 back in Sep so im wondering am I really outta shape that much our was it cuz of the fact out was 3:30am lol. I haven't been running the last 8 wks the mileage I used to due to a slump. Wouldn't think I would b this outta shape tho. So what sort of time do I even shoot for. Can I pull off a high 18 at least? Any help?
