So there is this girl at the running group I go to every week. We usually chat some beforehand and she seems to enjoy talking with me and we flirt a little maybe. But, then when we run, she totally leaves me behind. I try to keep up, and sometimes I can for a while, but then I'm breathing too hard to even talk, so it doesn't matter. I want to ask her to run wit me, but I'm embarassed that she will think I'm too slow for her and trying to hold her behind. So, I'm asking the people here. If a guy asked you to run slower so you could run together, would that be ok? How long will it take me to get faster so that I can keep up? Should I practice running faster or more?
