I have recently been struggling with shin splints and I am trying to figure out if shoes have something to do with it. I used to run in the Nike Pegasus (with very low mileage) and now run in the adidas glide boost (with a higher mileage) and seem to constantly get shin splints.
I was fitted for nietral shoes by many running specialty stores, etc. but I don't know if it would help for me to get support shoes, or super feet or something. Feel free to add input. Cheers!
