66th place? Can someone who was at Pac 12's give an account as to what happened to him?
Surely he had to have fallen, been ill, etc... they ran him in a Stanford uni for that???

No, Fisher was initially listed as 66th, or whatever. Someone tweeted that he ran with Fahy's chip.

Out for the season.
He ran with someone else's chip and initially was listed as 66th place
Also, Dressel > Fisher? What do you guys think?
fisher had tiny high school mileage. this is new territory for him and he was 11th.he'll be just fine

don't read too much into conference results, not that 11th is a bad result at all at Pac 12s for a freshman--that is a very strong field up top. Dressel had a fine performance, though. And Stanford was just 11 pts back of Colorado here even with a former very high NCAA placer in 20th, in Jim Rosa. If they get great races from McGorty, Fisher, and both Rosas, plus a solid performance from Sweatt, they'll be second and maybe win, but Colorado as usual looks incredible, and this was without Ben Saarel. Good to see Moussa running well. And they usually have no difficulty at all in going from 8k to 10k. Sixth was, I believe, 24th for them, and Saarel not there, so they will not fall far for #5 even with bad luck. Incidentally, not a bad race from Maton either in the top 20.
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
