Background - age 48, running for 30+ years. 1:20 for HM.
For the last 8 years I weighed 135 - I'm 5'11".
Six months ago I started lifting - pushups, planking, squats. I now never weigh 135 - more like 137-138. Same mileage, same eating.
Should I quit the lifting? I haven't slowed down from the extra weight and I feel pretty good running.
I just don't want to keep gaining weight -
