Idk what it is, but I can't seem to complete a workout or even a normal run without feeling like I'm dying. Our high school changed our training program this year so that could be part of it, but I feel like shite. We used to run around 35 miles per week but our coach upped the summer mileage and we had to build up to 50 over the summer. I hurt my calf and was out for a bit, but cross trained. I'm back up to around 50 like our coach wants, but I feel like I can't run anything at all. Everyday feels like a workout. Also I have been back from my injury for about a month now. Thanks for any suggestions!
