I'm running now for 3 years and my goal is to run next year in the range of 9min low for the steeple.
My pr's are:
800-1:55
1k- 2.33
3k- 8:38
5k-15:02
10k- 32min
3k steeple- 9:32
What do you think, where must I improve to get to my goal?
I'm 18 years old of age and make 40 miles per week.
