What can I do on 15 k race with this workout ?
44-45min
This is a very solid workout, but I have never really looked into a 15k to see what it does to your body, and how your body reacts after about 10k. If I had to guess, I'd say around 47 minutes, but that could be way too fast or way too slow, it's never too accurate.

If you have no idea then why are you prescribing predictions?
Btw I say sub 45.
sub 45 min 15 k is faster then my 5 k pr which is 15:14..:)
If we start by saying this is your 8k pace, you're good for a 24:30 8k. This corresponds roughly to a 47:45 15k. I think this is a bit optimistic though. It depends a lot on your mileage and whether you're an interval hero or more of a half-marathoner/marathoner.
I'd say, try sub-48.
Half-marathoner about 60-65 mpw but quality miles. Looking for marathon in future but my trainer dont want send me yet, cause I run only 3 years, and he want we do something on shorter distances.I would be very happy with 48 minutes.Ps. sorry about my english,Im from Croatia.

I'm sorry, but I'm pretty sure that the prediction I made is a lot more accurate than yours. You predicted sub 45 for someone who hasn't broke 15 minutes for 1/3 of the race distance.
A 48 flat 15k would be about the same performance level as a 15 flat 5k. And that\\\'s better than your 5k PR. With only three years of running and not very high mileage I would be very surprised if you could run a better 15k than your current best 5k. You should be happy with a sub-49 and even a sub-50. You haven\\\'t tested yourself at such a long distance and it\\\'s unlikely that it will be a success the first time.
Your coach is wise. And remember you\\\'re not trained for long distances so you cannot expect to kill it yet. But with that awesome talent of yours, you\\\'re in for some great times in the future. Good luck!
5:10-5:15 pace for 15K.....

Thanks a lot.
Cool I'm also from Croatia (but don't live there). I'm a marathoner though, but I think ~48 would be pretty a reasonable guess. Were the 1000's on the track?
What is your time on half-marathon?
znaci zemljak..:D on the road...in trainers..

72 minutes flat...but this was 6 months ago, before I move to current trainer, which is best in my country. I improve a lot in 3 months and I'll looking for 69-70 minutes in november peak race.
6 k fartlek yesterday, 5x100/100,5x200/300,5x100/200,5x100/100...first rep easier, second fast in 19:32...it would be my goal pace for 15 k..
Dude, you have immense talent, keep up the good work!
Thank you,I'll give it my best.
Run 69:32 HM this week,15k split was 49:12,...:)
