Zach Miller won the CCC with Tim Tollefson either 2nd or 3rd, so a great representation from the USA.
Magdalena Boulet also placed 2nd in the CCC.
Great day for the USA on the most important MUT race on the planet.
Keep going, Sage!
What is the CCC? I saw that too
UTMB has 5 races -
UTMB - the gran'daddy of them all at 168km and 31,000ft of climb
CCC - the prep race for UTMB, see if you're ready to tackle UTMB at 101km and 20,000ft of elevation gain
OCC - the entry race to get exposed to real MUT racing, 53km and 11,000ft of gain
There is also the TDS at 119km and the PTL which is 300km long, but those top three are the most legit "races" during the UTMB, with the UTMB being the Olympics of the event.
Sage just dropped to 36 minutes behind the leaders.
Sage has fallen back considerably. :(

Sage is now continuing!
Very courageous run by Sage. What place is Sage in at the moment?
Sage should have won.
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
