I've been drinking olive oil for years to refuel after long runs. It turns my poop into liquid, so I don't have to exert any effort during my next bowel movement.

When I am getting busy with one of my women I often break out the olive oil for a little lube. The ladies seem to like it and it keeps things moving nicely, if you know what i mean. I have bagged my share of the women fold and no complaints yet.
