Looking for some leads on how to go about organizing a 6 week running trip to Kenya for about 15 runners next summer.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Having lived and worked in East Africa for years, my advice would be to make a couple of trips there yourself before trying to organize a trip for your team. It can all be done just fine, but it will help a lot if you know what to expect, what works, what doesn't and what to avoid.
If you're doing it just for altitude training, just go to Colorado.
Just go straight to Lornah's center. Everything done and laid out for you. Tours, guides, and food can all be arranged. Tuesday track session on the dirt track (or on her tartan track) and Thursday fartlek. Top notch right in Iten, the heart of distance running:
Eldoret with Isabellah Andersson (swedish marathon runner). She's originally from Kenya and has set up a camp in Eldoret. Heard many good things about it and she's really nice and fixes everything to suit your needs. Here's the link:in swedish..http://www.isabellah.se/7-2/Anyway, contacs at the bottom of the homepage.17 USD / day is a good price.
