Hey guys, this is TDodd22, but someone decided it would be a great idea to take my name and put an email on it and the make a bunch of threads acting like they are me. I'm unsure why they did this.
Here are some qualities I have done (I'm just now finishing week 10 of my training)-
Week 4- 9x300 @ 52 (high) average, ran w/ a friend so I had someone to push me.
Week 7- 9 mile long run @ 7:07 pace, felt very good and easily could have ran 3-4 more miles at the same pace.
Week 9- 2 mile road race in 11:04, ran on a slow course, and I had just gotten my flats that day so I broke them in by racing in them.
Week 9- 2 mile tempo run @ 5:47 pace, ran this in the morning w/ just a banana for breakfast.
Week 10- 3.50 mile tempo run @ 5:53 pace (5:46 2nd mile) on the road, breathing was very controlled, and I know if I wanted to keep this up for another mile I probably could and it would still bea tempo effort.
Mileage- 25.4, 35.4, 42.2, 50.04, 35.18, 48.8, 57, 60.35, 38.03, and this week should be 54 unless I decide not to do my full long run.
Wednesday is my first race and it is a relatively flat course with only 1 hill, which isn't big, but you go by the hill 3 times. What do you think I could run for a 3 mile cross country race on a pretty fast course w/ 2 or 3 guys pushing me.
Please give me an estimate of what you think I could run for a 3 mile race.
