This will hit the mainstream media today/tomorrow.
Basically it's free for all in Kenya. The last decade of long distance running is a joke.

Hold it, so those poor barefoot kids running to and from school are stopping by the pharmacy too? That must add a few miles a week. No wonder they are such aerobic monsters.
New documentary by German journalist Hajo Seppelt:
English:
German:
Ashenden: "Looking at these result, I have absolutely no doubt that the endurance disciplines at World Championships and Olympics were filled with blood doping. I feel sorry for the clean athletes, because it was simply impossible to have any chance against some of the blood values which I have seen in this database."
Yuliya Stepanova (min 19:34):
"What most disappointed me after the appearance of the previous film, was to see that people aren't able to admit their guilt. They've been caught in the act, and they still deny everything. They are shown evidence, and they simply say: That's not proof. How dishonest and unscrupulous can people be?"
Russian warfare in Ukraine in a nutshell.
Very interesting stuff. This makes the allegations against the NOP look negligible in comparison. We're not talking about taking thyroid medication here, which can be argued to maybe have slight performance benefits..this is straight up EPO, which has indisputable performance benefits. Additionally, these allegations aren't based on a "he said she said" type of deal- this literally has video evidence of EPO being injected into Kenyan athletes, with doctors bragging about how many athletes they use it on.
It's shocking and to be honest pretty sad how widespread the use of EPO in Kenya is, and how easy it is to get. Unfortunately, i'm not that surprised.
This is actually nuts.
Regardless of whether it works or not (which it clearly does), the fact that widespread use of this highly illegal performance enhancer is clearly a major issue
I agree. I hope the East African scam will be unveiled.
Just watched it. No words.
Wow.

Not even subtitles?
Unfortunately, like the IAAF, they do not reveal the names or even countries or events or years of those with suspicious blood values, while saying that 150 medals for endurance events are highly suspicious from 2001 to 2012, and hence, it does not nail anyone.
Front page BBC news now.
"A top UK athlete is among seven Britons with suspicious blood scores"
I wonder who this is... hmmmm... maybe someone much faster than all these dopers???
Two of the world's "foremost anti-doping experts", scientists Robin Parisotto and Michael Ashenden, reviewed the data and samples of Bolt and Farah and found no abnormal results.
In laymen terms, they are clean.
It's over trolls.

I take the words of coach Ronalti Conover (that EPO doesn't work on the best Kenyans) over some German journalist who might have his own hidden agenda??
Canova is looking more and more like he could be a ringleader every day. The cheating there is so bad yet he acts like it barely exists in Kenya, not just that it doesn't work. Sounds like you can't coach in Kenya WITHOUT knowing its rampant.
When the generation of Italian runners that stopped winning medals at majors and the East Africans started taking their places. I would say the 91' world championships.

Since you have never bothered to read WADA's documentation you would know it doesn't mean they aren't doping.
Have you ever heard the phrase, "Never tested positive?"
From blood-doped Italianos to Africans on EPO. Nice move.

Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
