I'm doing the usual summer base thing with a max of 46 mpw two weeks ago. I had a summer camp to go to last week that severely limited my training, and I only got 21 miles the entire week plus about 14 so far this week. I really don't want to jump back into high mileage if it could mean an injury, so what's a good way to build back up after slacking two weeks? I have three more weeks before XC practices start.
