Im going to be a high school sophmore this coming year. last season (freshman year) I started at 140 lbs (I'm 5'4'') lost 10 lbs and promptly got severe stress fractures that left me unable to run until about feburry. I started running (still at 130 lbs) and after a few weeks got stress fractures again even though i followed all the rules about slowly increasing your milage . i swam the last season, eating mostly healthy (though I do have a huge sweet tooth) but found myself no tall er and at 150 lbs which is practically overweight. i had a 23-25 min 5k previously. i want to lose 30 lbs so that i am 120 but i only have a few months until the start of xc season. also i am very injury prone and can only run 20-30 miles a week. HELPP!!
