I'm a sophomore in HS, this past track season I have been running around 30-40 miles per week. I am a 1600 and 3200 runner but occasionally my coaches put me in the 4x800. My 3200 PR this past season was 10:37, my 1600 PR was 4:56 which I ran yesterday, and my 800 PR is around 2:12. I plan on running a long run this weekend and doing one more workout early next week before I take it down and taper again. The race I plan on running is a flat road race which is designed for a PR. Please help me with what I can run and help with the splits I should try to hit
