Hey y'all, I'm a rising sophomore cross country and long distance track runner. I ended my season a little early by choice after being sick and going through a bunch of health stuff with new daily meds. I took my usual two week resting period, and I have only run a total of 4 spread out easy runs from the end of the resting period to now, so it's really been 3 and a half weeks since I've had consistent training. And I've been unusually feeling crappier than usual even after a break. Any tips for getting back into shape? My average long run near the end of my track season before my break was 10-11 miles at 7:15-7:20 pace if that helps.
