Bunch of baloney.
I'm a believer in high protein, but during the day is not the time, especially not after a workout. Your metabolism is in the wrong phase and can't do much of anything with it, it's a waste. "Overeating" during the evening is natural and appropriate, because that's when you rest and divert energy to digestion and tissue building.
Milk is also good only for lactose-tolerant mutants. I guess people with normal genes aren't welcome at Cornell.

Best thing I ever did was go dairy-free. Used to stop at every toilet on my "runs", which were true "runs".
