I overheard two of our coaches at practice talking about some of the girls on our team they would hook up with. They were very explicit in their convo.
Should I bring it up with the AD or keep quiet? This is college btw.

Details, please.
That's disturbing. Talk to the person who deals with Title IX at your school first, see what they think (maybe just mention that they're employees and don't bring up coaches).

They were commenting about seeing outlines through sports bras and spandex and which ones they would F. They also talked about past athletes that they thought they could've F'd.
One coach is in his 20s and spends a lot of time talking with the girls on the team(not surprising). The one that surprised me is in 50s and is a father figure type.
I work in a university. This behavior is objectionable but common. This is far from warranting Title IX scrutiny UNLESS the women runners begin to feel uncomfortable, in which case you can step forward. We want to avoid sexual McCarthyism, where Title IX administrators become Big Brother. You might also gently nudge the coaches toward a non-objectifying view of women, but don't hold your breath.
The coaches should not be doing that.......
....in a place where others could hear them.
Can you blow my whistle baby, whistle baby
Let me know
Girl I'm gonna show you how to do it
And we start real slow
You just put your lips together
And you come real close
While it may be creepy and predatory, it is not "sexist."To answer your question, if you are one of the team members, then yes, you should definitely bring it up with whoever manages the coaches.Have everything in writing and documented....the time, location, and the people they were discussing (if known). Be prepared to give examples. If you are a parent of one of the girls, you could also approach someone, though if I was the parents of one of the girls I would probably lose it and beat the shyt out of one of the coaches or demand they quit on the spot or face legal action.

Yeah those coaches are sexist alright. Sexist AGAINST men. Why do women always get all of the sexual attention?
I wonder if it's sexist when a gay man comments on an other man. I mean, he wouldn't do it with a woman, so it's all about gender and thus must be sexist.

What % of girls join track teams because of the attention the get from coaches?
Yes, ruin their coaching careers and get them permanently labeled as perverts by the community because they talked about their fantasies. Why do you care? It's none of your business and it doesn't harm anyone. If you really have that much of a problem at least talk to them first.

I'm not gay, but having some male coaches talking about wanting to bang me would really boost my self-esteem.
I wanna bang you!

If you are worried about it, and have the guts to speak up, I'd recommend another strategy. Do you really think your coach should lose his or her job for the action? Are they a slimeball or are they someone who was caught doing something terribly inappropriate but something they thought was private.
I think the manly thing to do would be to go into the coaches office and tell them face to face. "Hey I heard you guys talking and wanted you all to know I thought it was incredibly offensive and terribly inappropriate. Do you think it was appropriate?"
I bet money they will be embarrassed as hell and reform their actions.
-Sincerely,
A D1 coach.
PS.
I'm not condoning what the coaches did. It's WRONG. But plenty of coaches have married ex-athletes - Pat Henner at Gtown, Mark Wetmore lives with one. Sex is natural. People talk about who is attractive all the time. Now should coaches be doing it at practice? Hell no.
But i promise you that the girls on the team talk about what coaches they find attractive. I once new a USA qualifier who told me, "I'm not sure if I know of a girl that is super fast that at some level didn't find her coach to be attractive."
Can't say they should be punished by having those "fantasies" but it was pretty stupid to be talking about it out loud apparently within earshot of anyone else.
You gotta keep those things to yourself.
Was this in the context of procreation? Because that's a beautiful thing. Otherwise, fire those pervs!
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
