I watched Pitt beat UNC
Question, can anyone be put into these races? Or do you have to qualify? VA Tech dominates distance/mid. Florida State dominates sprints
Starting a year or two ago, ACC went to qualifying marks PLUS two wild cards. So, every school cant enter two kids per event PLUS any that meet the standard for that year.
So lets take the 800 for example. This years mark for men was 151.9 I believe.
So if a school does not have anyone run 151.9 or under, they can still enter two in that event. If a school has 2 run under 151.9, they can enter those two plus two extra wild cards, for a total of four.
What are the qualifying standards?
I can't find them on the ACC site. Tried Googling. No can find.
Not sure about the sprints and field events off the top of my head. But here are the ones I remember.
400 48.?
800 1:51
Mile 4:09
3000 8:16
5000 14:32
I read that there is live streaming for the meet. Does anyone have information/link on a stream?
I think Saturday afternoon only is on ESPN3. I can't find live stream for any part of the ACC Indoor Championships before then.
Anybody else's sound not working on the live stream?

It's very quiet. You'll need to turn it up
Nice run by Pat Joseph in the mile. Led the whole thing till 1200, responded to McClafferty's move, and threw in a huge acceleration at 1400 meters to run away with it.
Wow theae commentators are so bad!!!
