Do to age/injuries I am going with every other day running. The days I don't run I will bike or something else. My question is this. If I want to train mainly for 5k-10m, does anyone have any opinions on what a good set up would be? I can handle most types of workouts and runs. I would like to do a long run every other week. My main concern is I can't figure out what a typical daily mileage should be. I'm 43, male, sub 15 5k many moons ago. Lucky to break 18 at the moment. Thanks.
