Do you think he'll ever regret getting this then? Wonder what his teammates think!

Good move for Ulrey. If he can get some steady training under him he could be an 8:20 guy in the 3k steeple. Certainly one of the more talented guys when healthy.
What will some of the NOP guys do without him pacing them in workouts?! Good for Dorian.
Anyone remember when Ulrey was outkicking Rupp?

Copy and paste the link. It's not that difficult to get it to work.

I did that.
Doesn't work.

Um NEWSFLASH. The guy has been gone from NOP for some time now. This isn't shocking news he got signed to a new sponsor, not like he dropped NOP yesterday and Brooks swooped in
Thanks for bailing me out there. For the rest of us, it's a NOP tattoo Dorian got way back when. Has that ex girlfriend feel to it.

He's 27. Struggled the few years at ODP, went to Arkansas and got back to being healthy in 2014 to make the 1500 final, I think it's a great move to join that team.
As a fan I want to see him rolling again. I forgot how much potential he showed as a collegiate.
Not a fan of his current coach by any stretch (assuming it's Buck still, despite the change), but he does seem to be back on the road to health. Same thing happened to Ciaran O'Lionaird, and he looks poised for a banner season. Remember when he beat rupp and farah in that indoor mile? That was the beginning of the end.

Nothing wrong with buck as a coach. Not to mention he's the guy who got him to worlds
Dorian is a good dude, wish him all the best. At least the tat doesn't have a swoosh on it!
That tattoo isn't Ulrey's, it's Brandon Sotelo's (oregon project fanboy)
I honestly didn't know that guy was still running, but I'm glad he is. 3:35 and WC American team member back in... 2009? Good luck to him. I hope he can continue running and put up some strong performances. Indoors might suit him best. I wonder if he'll be racing much this winter.

Out of curiosity, how much of a contract do guys like Hillenbrand and Ulrey sign for? Basically 3:39 guys hoping to run 3:37 (Dorien been out of it for a while). Can you survive in Seattle on $20,000 a year or do they have a house for them all to stay in too?
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
