so cross is done and I am giving about 2 to 3 weeks before base training for track because my legs are SHREDDDDED (I get burned out pretty fast due to my stick legs). I have always been around 35 miles/week for both xc and track so if I have about 8 weeks before track starts, is about 3 miles a day for my first week safe or should I be lower?
