I have free tickets to a Cowboys game so I am coming in from out of town. Any recommendations of a hotel(s) that would be close to a park or bike path for running?

Any of the downtown hotels, specifically in Victory Park section, would place you in proximity to the Trinity Trails along the westside of downtown and the Katy Trail which runs along Uptown.
Arlington is a crap suburb so go to the game and quickly get back downtown afterwards.
Stay in Ft. Worth. More to do downtown and the Trinity Trails are right there.
Stay in Fort Worth, Dallas has no downtown. You can get a hotel in Sundance Square where there is tons more to do than in Dallas since they don't have a desireable downtown. There are many places to access the Trinity Trails and it's closer to the Jerry World. Fort Worth has one of the best downtowns in the nation, Dallas is not part of the discussion.
Seriously - you don't get out much. Downtown Dallas is very active. Tons of people living there, great parks, 5star hotels, great restaurants. You know not of which you speak.
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
