I ran some 1000m repeats today and I couldn't get my HR over 88-90%.
Then I ran a few 400's all out and it didn't get any higher, which means I was pretty slower than I should be.
Assuming I couldn't push any harder it seems real weird. I just don't get it, it felt like I couldn't carry oxygen to my lungs.
Over the last weeks I've felt that during each workout, it feels like my lungs can't keep up with the rest of my body...
has anyone ever experienced something similar? what could it be due to? what are your thoughts?
