Hey guys, I'm a junior in high school and my XC season is just about to an end. It was a highly disappointed season as I only got down to 18:10 in my 4th meet and a knee injury has plagued me from finishing the season strong. Well anyways, over the course of winter I want to get down to a 4:30 mile as our school record for the mile is 4:35(I attend a small private school). Last sophomore year I got down to a 4:55 mile and a 2:11 800m. And over the course of the summer between track and XC I was spitting in around 30 to 40 miles per week. I just need a training program over the winter to get myself back in action and go full speed into track season! I'm dedicated to running, and I will push to my best abilities to accomplish what I need to get done. Thanks guys!
