not sure. Something more like cruise intervals would be a more helpful prediction. I'd say you definitely could though. Well under 18.

What about 8x800 averaging 2:27?
This is probably around vVO2 pace for you, with 1:1 rest.
Great workout, but not the greatest predictor workout for a 5k. I'd say you could run *as fast as* 17:45 from what you've posted here, but would want to hear about your overall training (tempos, volume, race pace workouts).
