A little over 2 hours, and this was a year ago:
Spent 1 hour doing a leg workout
*insert 10 minute break*
Spent 1 hour doing a "long run" on a stationary bike, at 11-12 resistance.
Felt hungry as fuk a few minutes after.
Somebody's going to win by saying 24 hours.
Me, maybe 4.
When training for long stupid triathlons I once rode 7hrs, ran 1hr to the pool, swam 2hrs, ran 1hr home. Also probably stretched for another hour at least.

Did you inhale an entire pizza after that workout?
20 miler on an indoor track (12 laps per mike) in 2:58:47. Didn't feel like going another minute and change for an even three hours
I run ultras. So it not common for me to run 30 to 48 hours with small break. I thnk one time I ran for 24 hours straight in 1 day. But was hard to do. Not everyone should try this as it takes lot of buildup training and mental determination. Most important is have fun
