So in 4 weeks today I will be competing in a half marathon here in the uk
I'm a sprinter on the track (200/400) and my season ended aug3rd and I haven't trained at all since then....0
Through my work I have been asked to do the half for charity and obviously can't decline it.
So with that in mind what are your thoughts to survive this
Shoes to compete in and training till then
I want to run around 1:40 maybe 1:45 ish if possible
