After a bad season I evaluated my training and concluded that I did the same as last year. That's why I ran the same times as last year.
I think In 2012 I averaged 30 miles/week.
5000: 15:49
1500: 4:05
2013 I averaged 35 miles/week
5000: 15:30
1500: 4:01
2014 I averaged 35 miles/week
5000: 15:25
1500: 4:01
I feel like I didn't train hard and think I can train more or harder.
If I am going to run on average 50 miles/week and add a strength session, will these times be possible?
