Just recently graduated from college back in May. I'm looking to break 15:00 in the 5k by April 2015.
I was a mediocre runner at a D1 school. I ran.
15:35 5k
32:25 10k
25:48 8k during XC
I need help formulating a training plan for building base, and then finally sharpening up. I haven't ran much in the past 3 months and if I had to guess. I would say I'm in 16:40 5k shape right now.
Any feedback would be appreciated. I have decent natural speed, and I feel as though I am in my best shape when I average 70mpw.
