I'm interested in what you guys think I can run for 5k this coming xc season. Last fall I ran 16:56 off maybe 30 miles a week in season and no summer training. Off similar mileage I ran 1:58 and 4:32 in the spring for track. This summer I've really upped my training and am hovering around 60 miles a week. I feel a lot more fit than I ever have. This is only my second xc season and last fall was the first time I started taking running seriously. I can post some workouts I've done recently if that would help too.
