Because Letsrun does have foreign followers and its not entirely American.. I also wonder what the view from Japan is when it comes to age cheating in East Africa.
How do we know the Japanese aren't cheaters as well? Most Japanese adults look like teenagers.
And they all look alike too, right? So maybe some adults are switching places with documented juniors?
